The offer ladder

Start free.
Go deeper only when it’s useful.

One route from understanding the work to running it: a free tracker, a paid review, an implementation pilot, ongoing care and team enablement. You only move up a step when the previous one has earned it.

Free · Entry · Implementation · Ongoing · Team

Five steps. No forced checkout.

Each step has an honest scope and a clear next action. Nothing is bundled into an 'unlimited' package, and every fee is confirmed before payment.

01 / FREE

Manual Work Tracker

A worksheet to list recurring tasks, how often each one runs and the effort it takes.

Start here before spending anything. Record the repetitive work, its frequency and handling time so the biggest, simplest win is obvious before anyone talks tools.

WHAT YOU GET
  • A recurring-task and frequency worksheet
  • An effort / handling-time column
  • A simple way to pick the first workflow worth improving
A self-serve worksheet, not a review of your business. No account or payment is needed.

03 / IMPLEMENTATION

One Workflow Pilot

A tested workflow for one agreed scope, with operating instructions and handover.

Choose one process — for example client onboarding — and define the systems, actions, approvals, testing and handover in scope before anything is built.

WHAT YOU GET
  • An agreed scope: systems, actions and approvals
  • A built and tested workflow
  • Operating instructions and recovery notes
  • A handover your team can run without us
No "unlimited workflows" or "connect every tool" promise. Software subscriptions, hosting, messaging charges, maintenance and new feature requests are explained separately from the development fee. Larger engagements run through a proposal and approval route.

04 / ONGOING

Workflow Care & Improvement

Agreed monitoring, issue handling and periodic change review.

After a pilot is live, keep it healthy: watch for failures, handle issues and review changes on an agreed cadence instead of letting the workflow drift.

WHAT YOU GET
  • Agreed monitoring and failure alerts
  • Issue handling and fixes
  • A periodic review of changes and volume
  • A record of what was adjusted and why
Not an unlimited-support retainer. Coverage, response times and cadence are agreed in writing and depend on capacity.

05 / TEAM ENABLEMENT

Practical Operations Workshop

Teach the team process ownership, the written instructions and how to use the workflow.

A working session so the people running the process understand who owns each step, how to follow and update the instructions, and how to use and check the workflow day to day.

WHAT YOU GET
  • Process ownership and handover points
  • How to follow and update the instructions
  • Using the workflow day to day
  • What to do when a step fails
Proposed team enablement, not a certification. Dates, format and fees require approval before a session is scheduled.

How a pilot runs

Observe first. Automate last.

The implementation step follows the same route every time, so nothing is built before the work is understood.

Review

Before implementation we record current handling time, waiting points, repeat errors and task volume. After the pilot we review a comparable period with a similar work mix — so any improvement claim is measured, not assumed.
Honest by default

What we do not promise.

No “unlimited workflows”, no “connect every tool” package and no guaranteed saving. Software subscriptions, hosting, messaging charges, maintenance and new feature requests are always explained separately from the development fee.

Bigger or enterprise work runs through a written proposal and approval route — not a direct checkout — so scope, ownership and cost are agreed before anything starts.

This is a design preview. Every tier is proposed — fees, scope, turnaround and availability are published only after operator approval, and no payment is collected here.
